About Me

My journey started long before I became a coach. I grew up in gymnastics, classical dance, and aerial acrobatics and spent my life performing on stages, in theaters, at big events, on cruise ships, and in the famous French circus. Movement is my language and strength is the story I’ve written with my body since childhood.
But before anything else, I am a working mom of two, juggling rehearsals, shows, travel, and family life just like many women juggle work, home, and everything in between.
Life hasn’t always been easy. I’ve battled illness, depression, and an eating disorder. I’ve had moments where I thought my story was over. Instead, those moments rebuilt me. Becoming a mother transformed me once again and gave me a mission bigger than performing.
Inside this app you’ll find programs shaped by everything I’ve learned through decades of performance, training, and coaching. Strength work. Calisthenics elements. Mobility and flexibility. Functional movement. Conditioning. Confidence built through capability.
